One Lion – Renewable Natural Gas (UAE)
Commercial anaerobic digestion platform converting approximately 400 TPD of agricultural and food waste into Bio-CNG, organic fertilizer, recovered CO₂ and carbon credits. Approximate project value: US$20 million. FQEI serves as Executive Director supporting commercial development, partnerships, financing and project execution as well as Technical Advisor.
Hytra – Liquid Hydrogen Transportation Infrastructure
Development of patented liquid hydrogen logistics and transportation infrastructure linking Middle East production with European and Asian demand centres. Current commercialization program includes a US$10 million seed financing round. FQEI provides strategic advisory, technology advisory and commercialization support.
Univastum – Municipal Waste-to-Energy
Advanced gasification platform converting municipal solid waste into renewable electricity and industrial by-products. Typical facilities process approximately 250,000 tonnes of waste annually and generate around 24 MW of renewable power. Typical investment range: US$120–160 million. FQEI supports commercial development, government engagement and strategic partnerships. Active in Nigeria.
AI-Driven Energy Systems
Development of AI-enabled tools supporting technology screening, techno-economic analysis, digital twins, optimization and investment decision support for sustainable energy projects.
Ocean Pasture Restoration (OPR)
Nature-based climate platform focused on ocean restoration, recovery of phytoplankton, blue carbon development and sustainable fisheries. Demonstrates FQEI’s broader capabilities in climate mitigation and environmental sustainability. Advisor to the CEO.
